Q: What date should I RSVP by?

A: RSVP is required by 06/01/2026 (Every guest has been counted and invited via website and mailed invitation. When you RSVP via website you can see who has been included in your party)

Q: Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

A: No, every guest is responsible for their own accommodations. Ruidoso has many types of accommodations to choose from such as hotels, cabins, rv parks, AIRBNB, VRBO ect. Please keep in mind places will book up quickly. Reserve your stay ASAP.

Q: Will there be transportation?

A: No every guest is responsible for their own transportation to/from the venue. Parking is available on the venue property.

Q: Can I consume/bring my own alcohol?

A: Please DO NOT bring your own alcohol. Alcohol will be provided and licensed through the venue. If any guest is caught with their own alcohol they will be asked to leave and charged a fine for violating property regulations.

Q: What kind of food will be served at your wedding?

A: We'll be serving a charcutier spread during cocktail hour including various meats, cheeses, nuts, dried fruits, and crackers. Followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of turkey or pot-roast, salad, stuffing, mash potatoes, brown gravy and garlic knots. Dessert will follow and include cupcakes and some of the bride and grooms' favorite chocolate desserts.

A: We are registered through the Knot.
